It has to start somewhere.

Welcome to the new website for Old Okie Acres, my upcoming market gardening and homesteading endeavor. Though not much is here yet, please keep checking in to see the site’s progress and to keep tabs on what I’m going to be doing with this new business.

Old Okie Acres will be my small market garden where I will be selling home-grown vegetables and microgreens to local customers and restaurants. I may even start a CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) service, which is basically a weekly “subscription” whereby a member can get a package of various freshly-harvested produce.

I intend to present regular blog posts here with helpful tips and instruction on modern homesteading and gardening. I will be taking a back-to-basics approach with regards to how to do things, but this is the 21st century so some modern elements will be used as well. Stay tuned.

This site will also be the cornerstone for my affiliate marketing sales, where I will review farm- and homestead-related products and offer them for sale here.

As I am just getting started with this business, please help me out by checking out the products listed to the right.

Thanks for stopping by!

-Steven
